voice LESSONS
Private commercial (non-classical) voice lessons are offered for beginning through professional level students who are currently involved in singing and voice acting. Students will learn how to develop healthy breathing and vocal techniques as well as refine their vocal artistry, performing abilities, and musicianship. Students will work on their pitch, tone, placement, phrasing, and diction in styles ranging from rock to jazz to musical theater. Commercial voice students will not follow a set curriculum. Instead, new repertoire will be chosen each semester by the student and the instructor and individual vocal goals will be set. Voice lessons are $16 for a half-hour lesson and $30 for an hour lesson. Lessons run in 3 semesters. Fall Semester is September 5 - December 15. Spring Semester is January 5- May 15. Summer semester is June 5-August 15. Daily practice is strongly encouraged and vital to achieving growth and success.
